October 22, 1990 - Keppel Securities Philippines Inc., (the company) was formed and registered.
June 24, 2005 - Keppel IVI Investment Inc. sold 99.9% of the company's capital stock to Ma. Regina Lopez.
January 31, 2006 - The present management group led by Glenn Paul R. Garcia and Robinson W. Siao bought 75% of the outstanding capital stock by way of purchase of primary and secondary shares.
March 3, 2006 - The corporate name was changed to Value Quest Securities Corporation.
Sept 19, 2006 - First day of trading under the new management team and corporate name.
March 13, 2009 - SEC granted the request of the company to undergo equity restructuring to decrease the par from P10 to P5 to wipe out the deficit.
January 28, 2011 - SEC approved the decrease of par value from P5.0 to P1.0.
